Wow! I went in for a 6 hour warranty service today, and the customer service was what I always hope it will be. Literally EVERY person I spoke with was super friendly. They made me comfortable, offered to take me anywhere I wanted to go (and pick me up). I opted to wait in the lobby since it was so comfortable. They had complimentary snacks, water, etc. Best dealer experience I've ever had. They even washed my car and vacuumed it out! Wow! Really impressive. Such a huge improvement since Don Thornton bought it.
I stopped in to chat with Zach about a new GTI. It was one of the most refreshing, casual experiences I've had at a dealership. I look forward to working with them in the future.
