Tom Tatro is the guy to see at Don Thornton Volkswagen! He is patient, he listens and doesn't push.... all of which were greatly appreciated during the lease of my second Passat! 3 years ago, I leased my first VW. I leased a Touareg from Don Thorton. I had a phenomenal experience from the sales person Zack to my finance manager Keith, the general manager Doug was awesome as well. Very knowledgeable, very accommodating, did not waste our time did not play any games. Straightforward from the beginning to the end. I would highly recommend them for your next purchase or lease.

Was told I needed a new transmission the quote was ridiculously high took my car for a second and third inspection and got it fixed for a fraction of the quote and guess what it wasn't my transmission at all. None of the men in the service department even remotely acted like they cared about what seemed like a huge problem for me. I will NEVER use this place of business again. Horrible Customer Service, Dishonest, Shame on them!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! From buying the car to getting it serviced and everywhere in between Don Thornton VW of Tulsa has earned my official recommendation for anyone looking to purchase a high quality VW for the best price. The staff make the experience phenomenal from over the phone to in person. The facility is absolutely gorgeous and always clean and organized. The staff are friendly, professional and courteous and deserve recognition for their dedication to Don Thornton and the VW brand.

Very poor sales management. Negotiated a price on a vehicle which was approved by the sales manager, then was informed car was on hold until 6pm for another "potential" buyer. :-(
