I have been satisfied with Don Thornton Volkswagen in the past so I was very disappointed today when I called customer service to cancel an order that had been placed three hours previous. When I called to cancel the order I was told, "nope", "once it's in the computer, it's done". I really hope that this can be resolved in a satisfactory manner.
