I contacted them yesterday because I was looking for a Jetta. They were very quick to help me and even delivered the car to my house an house an hour away so I would not be late for work. They are honest and make you feel very valued. Yumar was my salesman and has even contacted me today to see if I enjoy my Jetta.

Salesman Greg Brown was very nice and knowledgeable when I went to purchase my new 2019 Jetta. Answered all of my questions and more. I give him five stars. The Finance Manager Gabriel Fagan was very polite and prompt as well. He also answered all of my questions. Only spent around an hour total at the dealership. The shortest time I have ever spent at a dealership. Will definitely be back!

I’ve been to several dealerships and most are all about the sale...but the thing I like most about Don Thornton VW is the excellence continues in their service dept. best service team I’ve had to deal with in all my years of car ownership! Tom is a great example of excellence to their team. I was in getting my oil changed and was observing him with a customer’s kids, he was patient and engaged with keeping them as comfortable as the parents. Definitely worth the hour drive for an oil change.
