With my work I tend to drive through a lot of construction and unpaved roads, leaving me prone to tire punctures. Don Franklin has been excellent with working me in and plugging tires very quickly as a work in. As I understand, the work ins are on a different work group than the regularly scheduled. Thanks for making my life easier.

I didn't have an appointment and was in town. I stopped by the dealership and the service department kindly worked me in for an oil change and tire rotation. They even washed my car!!! They always make my service experience a pleasant one with or without an appointment!!!
Worked with the Chris Walls at the show room. He was excellent. No BS. Purchased 2018 Pathfinder and it was an enjoyable experience. Chris is knowledgeable and professional without being pushy or annoying. Purchased about a dozen vehicles in my life and Chris is superior to all I dealt with.
