We just purchased our 2nd vehicle from Don Franklin, from my first outstanding sales person's mentor, Walt. I've been looking for a truck with specific features for over 3 months and he patiently continued to look for what I'd requested and after almost signing on a competitor's find, he worked even harder to get us what we were looking for. Everyone at Don Franklin was wonderful and I'll likely buy my vehicles there in the future.
Scheduling and service were excellent. The scheduler made an extra effort to work with me to get service on the day that I was coming to Lexington. She was great! The service advisor, Thomas Hall, was courteous and efficient and the work was completed in a timely manner.
I have used this service department since I bought my first Nissan Maxima in 2000. I have made some friends there and recommend the car and the service department. I love the new express service. They were busy, late in the day and still took my car in did a complete service. They even washed my car when finished. Today I got a call seeing if I had questions or concerns. Who does that? This group, good job.
