Chris Walls was my sales rep, super job, very happy with the whole experience because Chris is a great guy. He's knowledgeable and easy to work with, no pressure, no games... what you see is what you get. He's also a vet like me and I like that.
I’m used to the service at the Mini Cooper dealership. They offer those waiting a multitude of drinks and snacks. At Don Franklin you get the choice of bottled water or Keurig coffee. The seats are filthy from spillage or worse. They’re not comfortable either. My car has a miss in it and the computer says it’s fine so they won’t look into it for me. Which is great for saving money upfront, but, if my gas mileage is affected then what? I’m spoiled.. forgive me.
I have been there 3 times and I like how they do things their the first time there he took off some money and gave me a free oil change for next time and did not wait long at all.
Service was cost-effective and friendly. The appointment was easy to make on-line.
