I had a windshield squeak. The first appointment it was raining and impossible to try to diagnosis the location so we rescheduled. I showed up as planned. The tech got in the car with me and we drove around as he worked to locate the location of the squeak. We returned to the shop. They discovered that there was a recall on a hose. They transported me to my next appointment for the morning and picked me up when I was finished. The car was finished with the squeak gone and the new hose in a little over 2 hours.
