We have always been treated with the utmost respect - from the sales department to the service department. They really know how to take care of their customers!!
I wish there was an option to not even give a star.. The service dept here is a joke. The service manager flat out lied to cover up a mistake that the 'service specialist' had made. Terrible communication was made on a very costly repair and when it comes to your vehicle that you have thousands of dollars invested in yourself I feel they should be more customer savvy. Do these people not work or answer inquiries? I feel like I'm hunting down people so that I can spend money lol.
Took my father for years. Talking him into leasing a vehicle, now that he had passed they are ignoring the problem. John Berry and Stephen Tevis are in charge of the account. No help yet. Judge is waiting on me to get it cleared up, which I clearly cannot do with out a call back.
We just bought a 2016 rogue sv we love it, and treated us great thank you guys!!!!
