I went for an oil change and the service manager was friendly. The price of the oil change was comparable to other locations and they ran my Rogue through the wash. Overall, I had a good experience.
In the last few days, two good friends have had horrible experiences. One was guaranteed new tires for buying a vehicle there and did not receive them. The other scheduled an appointment and 9 hours later the vehicle had not even been started. The general manager treated them poorly and was very smug.
Bought my third Nissan today, second from Glenn. Staff is incredible. Roger answered all of my questions, Olivia took care of all the financial paperwork. Everyone is kind and professional, I'll recommend Glenn anytime. And the service department, especially Ron, is the best.
