Long time customer not anymore:( After 1 Maxima from this dealership and 2 Infiniti's NO MORE!!
I bought a 2009 Nissan Rogue from Glenn Nissan with 20,000 miles on it about 3 years ago. I wish I had never walked through those doors. Every winter the door handles on this 20,000 dollar car freeze and break. I have to go into Glenn and argue with them until someone fixes the problem. This is the third year I have had to deal with this issue and now they are saying it will be $800 to fix the problem. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY.
They were so helpful in getting everything in order for my new Nissan Altima. It was so reassuring that they cared about helping me
