i purchased a new Rouge recently. Thad Cox was my sales person and he was very nice. Very helpful without being "pushy"! Everyone was friendly! I felt at ease and the entire experience was pleasant. Very positive and most definitely will recommend Don Franklin to my friends!👍🏻
Bought a 2015 pathfinder from them and got a great deal! I bring it to them for a oil change and they have me in and out in no time! Very respectful and very nice! If you’re wanting a great deal on a ride with great service, don franklin is the way to go!!

John Berry went above and beyond to assist us with purchasing the perfect vehicle for our family! He was very patient and accommodating with our many changes and request. They even delivered the car to us in Harlan due to conflicting work schedules! 2nd purchase from this dealership and would highly recommend!
Ron in the Service Department took good care of me. Dealers often get a reputation for always trying to upcharge and having expensive pricing. That is not my experience with Ron or Don Franklin. I hope I don't have a Service need anytime soon, but if I do I know I'm going to Don Franklin.
