We got there early and were met with super friendly staff there. The estimate was about an hour, and almost to the minute, they had my car serviced, ready, and even washed. the service personnel went over the details, noting our car got a clean bill of health, and they made recommendations for our next visit. Kudos to Thomas Hall, my service advisor, he was a great representative of the Don Franklin service team, and I really enjoyed working with him
Don’t buy anything from this dealership, they know of issues with their collision avoidance system, but don’t tell ya. I called and called, no help! I got a message they wanted to try and help with the issue on goggle review. I called left messages and they never call back, don’t make the mistake of trusting this dealership to do the right thing!
