This is the 2nd time this dealership has done someone dirty. Talked to a sales guy all week about a vehicle was told the vehicle was out as a loaner and would be back Friday. Then the day I was coming in to see the vehicle I’m told it sold? Funny how I just talked to the sales person not even 24 hours ago and was told that he would get back to me because it was still out as a loaner.
very fast repair and excellent service!
The representative, Ron, was extremely helpful and polite. Although we were not sure that the repair of the air conditioner was under the warranty, he worked with the company and with us to make sure that we were covered. I think that it was also important that we were asked if the car was our only source of transportation, and though it is not, we had the feeling that they would have expedited the service if that had been the case.
