RecommendedSales staff at Nissan lex really helped us, after we called 2 other Nissan dealers, and there service dept is great. couple minor issues they got us in under an hour fixed it and washed the bird poop off , love our new truck.
We recently bought our first new car and after tons of research and test driving various cars at various dealerships we finally got our perfect car! Bob Glass was super helpful and friendly. He truly worked a miracle and got us an awesome car at an awesome rate despite our negative equity on our trade in and our less than average credit. The staff made buying a car during a pandemic easy! Couldn't recommend Bob Glass and the Don Franklin Nissan Lexington dealership more. 🙂
If anyone is looking for a car/truck of any kind, but especially a Nissan DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT stop at Don Franklin Nissan on richmond road in Lexington. I am not a hard person to get along with, nor do I get upset easily. But today Don Franklin has one less customer. I can not stand to be lied to, especially multiple times. Great service and salesmanship during this Covid-19 pandemic. My fiancé and I set up an appointment to test drive a 2019 equinox. We were early getting there and they were ready for us. They had us out of there without a hour and thirty minutes total and that time was including the scotch guard application as wells No beat around the bush sales tactics. Last car we purchased was from the Don Franklin in Campbellsville. Same great service there. We will never shop anywhere else. Thank you guys! We love the car!

Jennifer Belcher did a fantastic job explaining the Nissan Frontier to my wife and I, and listened to all of our concerns related to financing the truck. She was extremely professional and took her time to explain all of the features inside of the truck and helped to get my bed liner and Perma plate in the truck in an extremely fast manner (2-3 days is all it took).
