I made an appointment to have my 2016 Nissan Altima SR oil changed on 7/6/2018 and my service advisor Thomas Hall/595R was EXCELLENT! He explained everything very well that needed to be completed for the 30,000 mile service. WELL DONE �

Had an appointment for oil change and routine checkup on my 2017 Rogue. Staff is always so friendly and the work was done in a timely manner. Also, Bob Glass my salesman is great about making sure things are going well!
My sales rep Jennifer Belcher answered my questions and made a great recommendation. A 2009 Nissan Marano 83,000 miles and less than 11,000 taxes and all. I also purchased a 2 year warranty. I drove away very happy.

We just experienced exceptional positivity and professionalism from Natasha and the Service Team on our Nissan Murano. 15,000 mile service schedule. Very clean and well organized entrance to the service center. Comfortable waiting area. A positive experience on top of our purchase a year ago of our Murano, which led to our recommendation to our daughter to purchase a Rogue a few days later. Refreshing to experience total customer service, including this request for feedback.
