Our salesman was Brandon. He said he was new, but sure didn’t show it. He was super nice and helped us in every aspect of purchasing our new 2018 Nissan Rouge. The best experience I’ve had with a dealership. After being jerked around by a previous dealership, I was weary of how this was going to go. But Don Franklin Nissan made everything so easy. They gave me a great price, they were honest, and even drove the vehicle down 2 hours right to my doorstep. And everything was done online and over the phone- I didn’t have to drive up and waste my day at a dealership. The vehicle was clean, as described online and I was very pleased. I highly recommend this establishment!!!!

Had a great experience with Don Franklin Nissan! Got the Rogue of my dreams! The team was friendly, courteous and helpful. They made the purchasing experience so easy and laid back! The team gave me a tour of the dealership and I got everyone's business cards if I needed to make contact for anything. The team made sure I know how to use all the features of the Rogue before I left the parking lot. I would highly recommend stopping in to buy your next vehicle!
My experience was very positive. The salesman was courteous and didn’t push me into a decision. The business manager was also very good, he didn’t push, but made it clear he wanted our business, and we did reach agreement. Lastly, but most importantly, Walt has been so responsive and attentive.
