RecommendedGreat service in a timely manner
Very pleased with the response and service for a 2010 V50. Not so pleased with the major failure Mr. Volvo hid deep behind the dash; but Tracy and the crew repaired it fine. I'd look forward to buying my next Volvo from Don Beyer (if only Mr. Volvo would offer an current equivalent to the perfect-for-me V50 - ah well). And, when just under a year later a component part of the repair died it was repaired no charge. Thanks.
The great staff and mechanics
I bought a used Volvo S60 at Dulles a few weeks ago. I knew ahead of time what cars I was interested in and the dealership had both cars right out front when I arrived. Our sales person Kushaw was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helpful with the entire process. Everything is always explained to me clearly, the service is great, making appointments online is super easy...this place is a class act.
My technical representative is always courteous and keeps me informed.
Ilyas was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the XC90 T6. The Sales Team to the Financial Team were great. If you’re interested in a Volvo I highly recommend going to see them.
