Had a very good experience purchasing my used car, but it went downhill after we left the lot. My daughter had a very serious airbag issue with the car that was not caught by their service department .when trying to reach back out to the dealership to have it fixed , it took over 3 weeks before we received a response from anyone! after continual persistence they did finally resolve the issue.
I bought my car here a yr ago. great service. strong warranty. always pleasant. and now an amazing building to wait in. Tracy is the best. My car broke down outa town. He spoke to the other dealership repair lead and I feel like that made all the difference. Tracy was calm and attentive and that was exactly what was needed. Ali is excellent as well. service light was on. Called Ted Ibach. As always, got an appointment quickly. Brought the car in at 7 am. As always, everyone acted like they expected me, checked me in quickly, and took care of business while I settled in and got some work done. Very much appreciate the word-fi!! Check out an hour later a piece of cake. Jasmine was a friendly face with a great smile. She represents Volvo well. Thanks to all, including the folk in the service bay I didn’t get to meet personally. Top notch!
They treat me with respect and don’t try to upsell service I don’t need.
Love my XC60 - special order. Easy. Joe Stein is my sales guy, a true professional; Ali, is my service rep, gracious and positive; Kevin, GM always smiles and says Hi; should I go on? I've owned Jeeps, BMWs, SAABs... Volvo is by far my best car, ever.
