RecommendedAfter driving many different small SUVs, I decided to purchase a Volvo XC40. The staff at Don Beyer were exceptional. They were extremely knowledgeable (especially with all the tech in SUVs,) patient and friendly. If you are in the market for a new car and want a positive car buying experience, then I suggest you visit them.
Karah my sales person was fantastic but the used car manager was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Basically hung up on me. Karah resolved eventually and I purchased the vehicle but I would not have bought the car if it wasn't for her. Thank goodness someone cares about good customer service
Always a fantastic experience when dealing with Ali (our service advisor) with the Service Dept. He is a consummate professional and clearly provides us utmost care when it comes to servicing our car and takes the time to explain the services being performed and for things to be attentive to for future service needs. We never have had this level of service at Audi, Porsche, VW or Mercedes service depts when owning those cars. Thank you!!

At my recent visit to the service department, Ali, was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful.
Ali explained required repair and provided a loaner car until my car was ready.
They will pick up the car and return it after service if you live within 12 miles of their facility.
I’m happy to be a costumer at Don Beyer Volvo Cars of Dulles all people there are excellent with us.
