Do not buy anything from this terrible dealership! I called about buying a vehicle from them and tried to put down a deposit and was told it was not necessary just fill out the credit app. I filled out the credit app and put down a $2500 deposit! I didn’t hear anything for a couple days, no calls or email! I had to call them to find out they sold the vehicle from under me! Very shady and disrespectful!! Run the other direction to a real dealership!!!!

Everyone has employees that make mistakes. On the unfortunate day this does happen its better to face the issue head on rather than attempt to hide it. I was scammed by Jammer and the whole sales team at Dulles Don Beyer and have now spent 3 weeks attempting to make them fix it. So far no luck. Save your blood pressure and go to their falls church location ( wish I had) these guys only want your money, the service ends there.
Alec is phenomenal! He's incredibly knowledgeable and personable. Tony, Justin, and Kevin were fantastic, too. Wonderful buying experience. Happy to be part of the Volvo family.
Very impressed with the product knowledge and customer service of our Sales Consultant Jamer Heasley! He did a great job considering he has only been in the dealership for a month! He talked about the features that helped us see the benefits of choosing the Volvo. We were torn over the Volvo S60 and the Lexus IS at first having been loyal customers of Pohanka Lexus for years. Jamer took time after the sale to spend time with us and help with the car set-up. This was a great buying experience! Highly recommended!

A great sales staff, informed, professional, prompt and helpful, not pushy and they were very accommodating. I love my new S 60 Volvo and recommend Don Beyer Volvo to all.
What an amazing experience! The visit was long but they kept informed the entire time. The waiting room was comfortable and stocked with snacks, tea, coffee and water. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. The whole whole process was pleasant and flew by!
