RecommendedTed Ibach has always been a fantastic service representative; he has been my “go to guy” for 13 years. I was disappointed on a recent visit requiring the installation of a replacement jack after a road accident to learn that such jack was not available. Ted was able to get one ordered, and to have it sent to Beyer of Winchester, where it was replaced last Tuesday.

Made an appt for warranty work , had a loaner car ready, a brand new model of my car, called when repair was made, returned loaner and all is good. Love Don Beyer Volvo and they always give me back a clean washed car

Joe & his co-workers made our trip worth the extra time and drive. I am pleased to say that these are the folks who offer good service and fair prices.
Maintenance was very easy. My car was picked up; recall, required maintenance and inspection were finished quickly. Car was cleaned up nicely inside and out. The only problem occurred when it was returned and left in the wrong driveway - two houses from me. Luckily the neighbor recognized it as my car and came and told me. Since the key was inside an open car it could have been a problem.
