Excellent service! I was able to call on Friday to ask about a car, and it was ready and waiting for a test drive first thing Saturday morning. The buying experience (including a trade-in) was quick and easy. I got a great deal on my V60 Cross Country, and I was impressed that they washed, waxed, and filled the tank so it was all ready for me to drive home. the sales associates at this location were patient and did not try to rush me into a decision. they had a great selection of vehicles I was looking for and provided great prices. They provided great customer service and were willing to work with me to get price and payment i needed.

Ali went above and beyond what anyone could hope for as a service manager. He sent a tow truck free of charge to pick up my disabled car. It was worked on first thing the next morning. I couldn’t pick it up myself that day so he sent 2 people to deliver it so I didn’t have to drive anyone back to the dealership. It arrived much cleaner than it had left here, including the interior. I highly recommend this dealership.
I've bought 2 cars from this dealership and both times have been a smooth and enjoyable process. I never felt pressured at any point, and all the questions were answered in a timely manner. This latest time - I worked with Kushal and Hamed - and both were fantastic. All the paperwork was ready when I showed up and the car was being cleaned. I was in and out in about 2hours. The service department is a joy to work with and Ali is a pleasure to work with everytime. And I must say - the new space is fabulous!
