I purchased a used car from Team Honda in October. The salesman assured me that the vehicle had been serviced. However, after taking the car in for an issue, I am beginning to doubt this. The technician inspected the vehicle and informed me that the rear rotors and brake pads were worn and needed to be replaced. If the car had indeed been serviced, I shouldn’t be experiencing brake issues just two months after the purchase.
I brought a Honda Pilot around 6 months back from Scott Clark Honda. I also took the ************* as I was told it would cover everything for the car. Recently I had a seat belt malfunction and my daughter got stuck. Only choice was to cut the seat belt which I had to do as it was hurting my child. I went this week to get it fixed and hoped it would be covered under the insurances I took or the dealer to fix it as the car is less than a year old. We had the most amazing experience Braydon . I would definitely above a 15 on everything. He spoke with us about a unique used car that was very clean that we were really hoping to be able to buy for our grandson. But when he started it had a check engine light on it.He made sure he called us right away and told us that he took into the service department and he would be in touch us as soon as he found out anything. Always pleased with the service from Don *********************** ****, and now *****, know how to run a service department. Guarantee that someday a problem will happen, but I also guarantee that it won't be often, and it will be resolved to your satisfaction.
This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. Tried now for the third time to schedule an appointment for a recall with them. The first time in February when I received a recall letter from Honda ******************* in CA in regards to a failing fuel pump module. Back then I was told that the parts have not come in yet and that I should check back in a couple of month. The second time I called back was in June. We where about to go on a 14 hour road trip and i would have appreciated a car withoit potential issue... read more
