I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Domino’s Pizza (Bedok Reservoir) via Foodpanda. My order was marked as “being prepared,” but it was never delivered. I made multiple attempts to contact the outlet to check on the status, but there was no response at all despite repeated calls. This level of service is unacceptable. Not only was the order not fulfilled, but there was also zero communication or accountability from the outlet. boy ain't no way boy. Ordered on foodpanda at 740pm its now 9pm and the food isn't here. I just want a happy cheat day but ig not because all yalls reviews say the exact same thing. Who is making these AI generated replies about working on this issue and providing better service.
Ordered through the app for a delivery on 7.45pm. It is almost 10pm and still no update. Zero accountability, zero recovery and zero recourse.
