Worst nail place I've ever been. The guy was so rude because I wanted my nails short. He put colour base when clearly in the pic it's not. I did a Google translate where he said that I was dumb and that he will do nails to suit dumb head. He kept saying to me when I finish that's it I finish and you not complain. Waste of money. Ugly nails wrong colour and not equal because he didn't even do the matching lengths and didn't look while he was filling! Just kept laughing at me. Worst place EVER. Awful customer service. I called to book at appointment which they said was ‘booked’. The address took me to the wrong location (20 min walk away) and then I called again to say I was 2 mins late for the appointment to which they said was fine. Arrived to find out you can’t book appointments with an hour wait time. Complete waste of my time and no apology for the confusion. Only go to this place if you’re prepared to wait around for up to an hour!

If I could give less I would. Booked an appointment for 2pm and waited 30minutes. No acknowledgment or greeting from the staff. No update of when/if they would do my nails. Another lady was also booked for 2pm and had to argue to be seen because they were going to do another customer that rocked up at 2.30 first. Ended up leaving as they clearly weren’t going to get round to doing my nails. Wouldn’t bother booking or going as customer service was shocking
