My daughter booked me in for my hair and makeup for her wedding day Saturday 21st June 2025 in Doll box I traveled from Ireland when I arrived I was told that the stylist that was booked to do my hair rang in sick so a junior done my hair can’t remember her name but she was brilliant and my hair was perfect as my makeup was perfect aswell. I was made so welcome and I would recommend this salon as staff are so friendly and welcoming and nothing was a bother.

Have now had a lymphatic drainage massage and waxing done by Halle and so so happy with the results of both!! So welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable in your appointments

Just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU to Amy for my makeup and Hazel for my hair! You both did an absolutely amazing job I looked and felt so pretty for our engagement party! The atmosphere in the salon was so nice and the girls took good care of me, I appreciate the fact that Dollbox were able to help me when my original MUA had to sadly cancel just 1 week before my engagement party, you guys absolutely saved my day!! You have gained yourself a returning customer 🫶

Had appointment for consultation. Arrived 10min earlier and sat on lounge. Not one person approached me to ask who am I here to see or do I have appointment. All I got was nasty looks like I don’t belong in the salon. And no, it wasn’t busy. Girls were walking around or chatting. After waiting for 30min I left . So that’s 10min for being early and 20min from appointment. Visited salon beside ( Vollood) where as soon as I walked in welcomed me and helped with my request.
