Our stay at Dockside Lodge was very disappointing and frustrating. We arrived in a very industrial area and was welcomed by a bag of poo near the entrance to the lodge. We were warned the entrance door handle was "temperamental " but no further instructions were given on how to open the door. We put in the code in the key pad but the door handle didn't release to let us in. We tried again and again. For at least 20 minutes if not longer.
