The small personal group sessions at DMF have been excellent and have helped me pick up my fitness level within a month that I couldn’t quite pick up for quite some time . Dan and his team have been extremely supportive and the members are all very warm and welcoming. Plenty of 1:1 time to go through the right techniques, nutritional follow ups without feeling pressured to compete has restored my confidence. I am very happy to have got my fitness mojo back. Thank you DMF! Definitely can’t recommend this gym highly enough
I joined DMF in July 2024 after doing little to no exercise for the best part of 10 years. From the minute I walked through the door for my first session, I was made to feel like part of the family and I haven't looked back. Every session is different, the coaches are fab and the people are lovely. DMF is a really special place and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness, strength and overall wellbeing.
Joining DMF Evolve was the best decision I ever made. They are very supportive and friendly, and always up for a good laugh in your sessions. I joined with the hope of loosing weight and building my physical ability so that I could go back to competitive sport. Not only have a lost weight and improved my physical ability, I’ve gained a great community to help me along the way. 100% would recommend to anyone thinking of joining 😊
A brilliant small gym with talented trainers who mix focused small group tuition with a great sense of humour to create enjoyable sessions with high quality coaching, ensuring safe and effective exercises across varied sessions. I joined with zero previous experience of a gym and was delighted with the warm welcome and the patient way they ensure you're getting the most out of the sessions, tailoring exercises to suit the needs, fitness and ailments of a wide range of members of all ages.
