I visited your salon on Monday, 14th July for a manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience that I feel needs to be brought to your attention. When I arrived, the salon was empty. A staff member asked if I wanted colour, and I replied no. He then asked for £35 upfront, which I found quite unusual and unprofessional.
