I have been coming here for 13 years and would not go anywhere else! Nails are always done to a high standard and exactly what I ask for, everyone that works here is polite and talkative. Designs are always done spot on. Prices are reasonable compared to alot of other places.

It’s clear that the focus here is more on making money than on delivering quality service. The staff also seems to strongly prefer cash payments, which struck me as suspicious and less than transparent. The infill service I received was a complete waste of £28. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional £5 for something as basic as pushing back/tidy up cuticles, something I never expected to be an extra charge.

i booked my appointment at 12:15pm a week in advance for today but i didn’t get my nails done because i was waiting for 50 minutes. all staff were attending to other customers before me even though i booked time a week prior. it’s extremely horrible service to make a customer who has pre-booked wait for almost one hour. won’t be coming back here again.
