5☆ customer service couldn't have been more helpful.
Bought a Pioneer Opus Quad in February 2025. First unit developed a jog wheel fault within 3 weeks, replaced by the store. Replacement unit now has the same fault after 8–9 months. DJ Superstore refuses refund or replacement and insists on repair only, despite this being a clear manufacturing issue. Extremely disappointed with their service and lack of consumer rights support.
Thanks Paul, Mark, and the whole team. Came in this morning for a hassle free experience returning an item. Every time I've rang they have always been helpful in finding me the best solution.
