Somehow I was billed for a service I didn't receive. I live in Seattle, and have never used this facility. When I called I spoke with Don F., and asked that I was notified when this was cleared up. He told me that was not possible due to HIPAA. What? I wasn't asking for anyone else's lab results, but he could ask for my name, address, phone number, and social security number? I am impressed very professional The new knee works great
The staff in the CVNU was excellent. From the Surgeon (Dr. Woodbury) all the way thru to housekeeping (Mina), my mom was treated with such professionalism and care! Thank you for a great experience during such a trying time!
I have very little experience with hospitals, but this was as positive as it could be... l walked out better than I walked in.
