I can honestly say that I love going to the doctor's office. Thank you Dr. Cathleen Obray and Dr. April Larson for making medical visits so pleasant.
I chose to come here to avoid the long wait at my pediatrician's office. I called ahead and was on hold for over ten minutes. I came in to learn that the call ahead system doesn't start until ten am. It was 9:30 and the call ahead system keeps saying your call will be answered soon...indefinitely. I arrived to find a 60 minute wait time. However, that 60 minute wait didn't include the 30 minutes I waited just to check in. What a joke. I won't make the mistake of coming here before 10 am and calling ahead ever again
It is the best hospital I have ever been in and very organized.
Thanks for causing me more pain and suffering than I started with going to your hospital! Extremely frustrated with the on call doctor who didn't even come in to treat me correctly!
The ICU was amazing taught us so much was compassion! They took great care of my Dad
I've had 17 hip operations and 19 total and never received even comparable care!! I was checked on every hour, I couldn't tolerate pain meds and the staff did everything they possibly could tried four meds to get me comfortable. The food was scrumptious and very catering physical therapy far surpassed any thought of expectation!!!! Always courteous and cheerful considerate respectful involved me in my care and explained options thoroughly!!! They're fantasterificalendid! ( fantastic terrific special splendid)
After being run into by a car while on my motorcycle at 11:45pm on 9/2I was rushed to the DRMC Emergency room with non life threatening injuries to my left leg. Because I don't want to forget to include anyone let me just say that each & everyone of the staff members that anything to do with me provided an unparalleled level of service. I just had my 3rd child at Dixie and each time it has been an amazing expierence. The nurses are top notch and respected my wishes from labor and delivery to the post-partum floor. They made sure i was comfortable the entire time. They also did a wonderful job explaining what was happening or going to happen. The room service/food was also excellent! Food was brought up in a timely manner and always tasted delicious!
I found the staff to be highly compassionate and helpful. I felt safe and secure going into surgery and with the outcome.
