Had the WORST experience in the ER. Been in there twice and both times I waited an extreme amount of time. Almost every one I talked to was extremely rude and my doctor "made fun" of my condition. I don't care if I'm dying I would rather drive to Richfield Hospital any day.
This is a wonderful hospital! Everyone there is very compassionate, professional, caring when it comes to making a patient feel as comfortable as possible. :)

The ER sucked!! I waited for 5 hours to go see a doctor and when I finally got to go to a room it took another 2 hours until I finally just left! This was a horrible time!
I not only was a patient at DRMC, but I worked there before I had to claim disability. As a place of employment, there couldn't' have been a better place to work. They rewarded extra effort, and they tried really hard to find an area for me to work in when I started to have health problems. I so appreciate the extra effort expended to keep me working, because I wanted to work. I've been a patient several times and at DRMC, each time they have treated me like a special guest. Having to stay at a hospital is never a good time, but the team at Dixie makes it as good as possible. They saved my life in the ICU, then took excellent care of me on the 3rd floor. I am kind of glad I was in St George when I finally decided to seek medical attention. Thank YOU!

Marci in surgical services is wonderful. When she called me to give me my pre-surgery instructions, she was very patient, thorough, and caring. She ended the call by asking if there was anything she or the staff could do for me or my family before, during, or after my surgery/stay in the hospital...and she meant it. It was refreshing and wonderful! Great customer service.
