Really odd hiring practices, I wouldn’t recommend working here with this organization.
They will lie to you and undercut your pay, paying you the lowest amount possible. I found out because they also own Volt Information, and Volt offered me more money for the same job when they contacted me.
Sent a referral. Never was credited. Over 30 days for them to investigate and never reach out. I followed up and suddenly the referral could not happen but I was enrolled into their program.
