I went in for an infill to be told I needed a soak off and new set applied. Ive never left a shop so quickly. I assessed my nails prior to walking in and there fine for an infill (qualified nail technician here). I won't be back

They were late for my appointment and they made me bleed on two of my fingers. A man who sadly didn't know what he was doing attempted to do my nails. Whilst he was filing them with the electric drill he went too close to the skin and wounded my finger. Not content with that, he overdid it with the file on my small finger, which caused the nail to split. I came to Diva nails this morning for infills after having a full set done at another shop 2 weeks ago! I’d already lost two nails & the lady who saw me said I needed to have them off I explained I’d not had them done long & this would be my first infill, the lady I saw kindly said she’d take the old set off for free & just charge me for a new set due to her knowing the old set wouldn’t last. I LOVE my new nails, it’s the 1st design set I’ve ever had, and I couldn’t be happier. Diva & the staff are the best in Exeter, always a warm welcome and super helpful & friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else ☺️

I have been going here since they opened! I am fussy & know what I like & always get lush nails here. Always met with good service & a giggle at the same time!! All the staff are lovely & good at what they do, but my fave is May... She does my nails & she is always super happy, we have a laugh & she is a total perfectionist at what she does. Love my nails every time!
