Matthew did my nails, so lovely and friendly, addressed me by my name which was really lovely and made me feel like more than just the next client in line. Made sure I was happy through every step! Lack of a star due to not taking card payment and no indication online or posters in the salon stating that they dont take card payment, so make sure you get cash out! Otherwise fabulous experience and Matthew went above and beyond to accommodate the nails I wanted! Will definitely be returning.

Matthew looks after me, my mum and now my sister. Every time I go there is great conversation, great nails and just a lush atmosphere! I always get compliments about my nails! Thanks again Matthew!

On the whole always pleased with my pedicure. However, on each occasion I have pre-booked an appointment online so that I can go in my lunch break but on every occasion I am waiting for 15+ minutes after my appointment time before I am seen. There is also no acknowledgement upon arrival. I was late back to work on my last visit. Quite disappointing.
