Only giving one star because I can’t write a review otherwise. TERRIBLE customer service. I booked for 11:00 and have the confirmation email. I arrive and no one’s there. I call a couple of times and sent to voicemail. Finally get through on third call and someone answers, telling me the appointment had been put back to 11:15. I wasn’t told this. Then said he’d be 10 minutes with zero apology. I can only assume I’d have to wait for him to set up and open up as well because the doors were locked. I’m sure the cuts and colour... read more

It was a great experience with Diva Hair Salon at 8 Ludgate Square! They were very professional and understood well my hair and how to style it subtly. We did a comprehensive balayage process (full disclosure: it was a long process), but worth it! Thanks to Mr Tay!

Would absolutely recommend this place!! They were incredibly professional and kind. I had my hair toned, cut, and styled and it looks amazing, couldn’t be happier. I will definitely be coming back :)

Unexpectedly bad service and balayage. Two trips to the salon, and my hair is now brassy and even more damaged. An update, my hair is so weak that it literally snaps off when I pull it slightly. I have now to cut a lot of my hair off.
