Took a charm bracelet into store to have charms attached. They were really quickly attached. Very professional. Things on sale look really interesting too. Really great shop. Well worth a visit.

Having left a few watches in the drawer for nearly a year, I was referred to Artisan Gifts in Dalkeith, beside WH Smiths. They replaced 3 watch batteries qnd got them back ticking within just a couple of hours, even although I didn't expect or need them back so quick. An amazing service and very reasonably priced, especially compared to most others, which is what had been putting me off doing it for so long! Thanks again Artisan!
