I grabbed a 17 pound brisket from Dittmer's last Friday and it turned out to be the best brisket I have ever purchased, guess where my meat market is now?

Stopped in and picked up some Jalapeno Cheddar, Chicken with Portabello Mushroom and Cajun style sausages earlier today. BBQ'd them up low and slow and all we can say is OMG!!
