RecommendedI love coming here and getting a little piece of the homeland. The customer service is top notch, the homemade sausages are delicious and the variety of German goodies is perfect. My son bounces from one end to the other to pick out his treats. I drive from Sonoma to get my fix.
I’m starting to crave a nice dinner of rouladen along with an assortment of bbq sausages. Mmmmmm.
A VERY WIDE variety of great-tasting sausages with minimal salt and fat. When my Swiss father-in-law was ill over 25 years ago, his doc put him on a no-salt and low fat diet. I spoke to Old Man Dittmer about this. He made up 25 pounds of Weisswurst with a grain of salt and just enough fat to hold them together. They were still delicious.
