Best butcher around. Great German food.
I like their pre-made rouladen kits, their ready-to-cook marinaded tri-tip and chicken. And they have Esther's Bakery breads. Steinerbrot!!!!
It’s a German butcher shop and there are plenty of German food items as well as sausages and esoteric meat like venison, wild boar, bison and other things you won’t find anywhere in the area
My father showed me to the shop in the 80’s and I’ve been shopping there since.
Dittmer's always has a great selection and provides the best meat for my briskets.
