Great building, great staff From the moment the concierge greeted us and then introduced us to the assistant property manager in the building's beautiful lobby, I had a feeling this would be our new home. When we saw the stunning views from the apartment, we were ready to sign. There's no shortage of new luxury buildings on 14th St., but two things put District in its own category. Central but noisy Just moved to my apt facing 14st st. Higher floors have a nice view but I got the view to the stores across the street which is also nice. Noise from 14th st bars can be annoying over the weekends.
Perfect location, gorgeous building There couldn't be a better location than The District. It's close to everything -- public transit, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, farmers markets, bars and anything else you could want. If you want walkability combined with a gorgeous building and pet-friendly amenities, this is the building for you.
District I LOVE living here! Came to check it out on a rainy day after visiting a not-awesome other spot, and was welcomed with snacks and mimosas in the lobby, I knew it would be a good fit from there... The building is reminiscent of a boutique style hotel, with one main entrance and concierge at the front desk. This makes it feel incredibly safe, there's only one main entrance and the staff is helpful with guests but keeps an eye on who comes in. This also helps with amenities, which are fabulous.
