Verified Renter The staff are phenomenal, the unit is very modern and updated, the insulation is great, and the amenities are all very well maintained. The biggest positive is the location. You simply cannot beat being on 14th street and having an amazing Art-Deco Diner in your building (Ted's Bulletin). I highly recommend this complex for anyone looking to be in the heart of Logan Circle, and to be in a new and very luxurious apartment building with excellent management.
