Loved living here I have lived in the District for quite a few years being one of the people who moved in as it was brand new. I cannot say enough good things about the experience. I love the location as it is close to shops, restaurants, and ample workout options. The city vibe you get there is hard to compete with. I had amazing city views with floor-to-ceiling windows that also filled apartment with light. The rooftop is excellent for hosting guests outdoors. Verified Renter I've been at District a little over 2 years. The building is spotless and has an exceptional management and maintenance staff. Management was awesome during the pandemic and I know others in nearby buildings who's management companies were not as generous and understanding. Great place to live, great location and exceptionally well insulated (it matters facing a busy street).

Verified Renter Love the district! Great spot and friendly staff. Shedozie at the desk is always nice to see, Benny is a great maintenance worker and fixes any issues quickly and is quite friendly and the property manager Brenda is nice and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Verified Renter The District Mgmt team has been amazing. Whenever Ive had an issue or needed maintenance the team has been on top of it and resolved everything within 24 hours. Brenda from the mgmt team has been a delight and is super helpful. Highly recommend living at the district. Hands down been my favorite apartment complex Ive lived at.
