Horrible Service – The cleaning is mediocre at very best. Compared to other companies this one lacks detail! The one person I did find did an adequate job on my house was always late or did not show up. This company is also notorious for charging your credit card before your service, like days before. This is a problem because they also have a problem with showing up at all. They have had issues with Management since Sept 2010 and as of begining December, the problems have not yet been remedied. Great service! – My mother had recently mentioned to me how the carpeting in her home really needed cleaning. I told her I'd pay for it and started getting some quotes from a handful of companies. I ended up choosing Distinctive Cleaning. I called my mother later in the day after the cleaners had been there and she was very happy with the results. Very Pleased With Distinctive Cleaning – I am so happy with this cleaning service. From the comparison shopping I did, I was lead back to Distinctive Cleaning. the customer service and attention I recieved from the initial phone quote to the cleaner, I have been so pleased. DO NOT use Distinctive Cleaning!! – Can you rate a company LESS than 1 star?!? I WISH to God that I would have read reviews before using this HORRIBLE INCOMPETENT company!! This company is was one of my worst nightmires! – I would never use their service, nor work for their company! I can't tell you how awful it's been just know they exist! We will full you in later...Can't say know... Just know they are not the cleaning service to trust in your home! Keep looking!
Best cleaners in Minnesota – I had them out for the 1st time in September 2010 and was very impressed. Decided to use a second time, they did such a wonderful job, I signed up for biweekly cleanings, and its been a great decision! I have a clean home and don't have any worries. I am very happy I found them!!!!
Terrible, lazy, have to do it myself again! – I hired Distinctive Cleaning to do a one time cleaning of my home. With school starting I wanted everything done. I have never used a cleaning service before and I will not recommend them (Dist. Clean.) to anyone! She showed up 45 min. late, didn't dust evrything they say they do, ( I was home when she was cleaning).
