Distinctive Cleaning? Only in your dreams. – I used this service for two cleanings in my home. I wasn't impressed. I'd asked for morning cleanings, and the lady wouldn't get there until 3.30pm, and stay until 6.30pm. The cleaning wasn't all that great either, I've had better service from Merry Maids. Anyway, I got my statement from my credit card in the mail, and saw there was a third charge in there, two weeks after I canceled the service. Not on time ........ok cleaning – I have been using DC for the past couple of months. The woman that comes to clean is nerver on time. Atfer one or two times it is okay but time and time again.....it just gets old. The cleaning is a pretty good job...some things are missed. I dont think that I would have a friend use DC. You get what you pay for.
fake!!! – I'v read all this commenst and most of the positive ones look fake. I hired this company and had the worst customer service, the cleaners did not speak good english -nothign wrong with that- but called the office to poin out some things I wanted done right, the products gave me allergies and when called to complain I was told I was picky and hard to work with. My kitchen floor was still dirty, my living room had cobwebs, I dont even think they scrubed my toilet, worst company ever!!
AWESOME – I was so happy with this service. I have tried many other companies and have been very unsatisfied with the results. I have used this company for a little over a year and I have been very happy with my cleaner and the service I receive from their office staff. I highly recommend this company!
Disappointed! – This past winter we put in an egress window in our basement and forgot to close the door to the main level of the house. Cement dust carries very easily. My wife and I were very overwhelmed with the mess and called DC for help. They said $200 for 5 to 6 hours. I thought that was ok. The cleaner did a good job with what she did, but only stayed for 3 1/2 hours. When I called I was told that they would have never said that. We still had several hours to finish. Great Service, Excellent Job – All around great service, from the time I called and spoke to the young lady to the time Isabell (the cleaner) left my house. Isabell even did my dishes for me. I would definitly recommend this company. Thank you.
very Distinctive! – I was very pleased with the service Distinctive Cleaning provided for me. Much attention to detail, friendly, effecient, and affordable. I am happy to have them back for more of my cleaning needs! A very pleasant experience! considering having this luxory on a regular basis.
Great company , very friendly – I needed a last minute cleaning because I was having spur of the monent guests so I called Distinctive Cleaning and they were so friendly and helpful. They got me in last minute and they did a really thorough job. I have had other companies in my home and they have never been able to get ALL the mold off my shower door/shower floor but Distinvtive did. Amazing. I ended up using Distinctive Cleaning on a regular basis after that , of course. They still do an excellent job! Thank you guys!
