Great Company!!!! – I hired Distinctive Cleaning a few months ago to help me out as I am a really busy mom! We set up regular cleanings (bi-weekly) and they are just great!! I have had past companies come in and when they would dust they would pick things up and not put them back where they went! That was a big pet peeve of mine! Left once and now am back for good! – I used them for about a year on a biweekly basis. I tried another franchised company in hopes of saving money. Well Distinctive Cleaning may be a few extra dollars but in the end they know what they are doing. If you have ever had the run around with other services you will know where I am coming from. I will not be trying a different service again to save a few dollars because Distinctive Cleaning shows up and does the job they say!

They are not what the positive reviews say – We have had them for almost 2 years. The scheduler kinda does her own thing without our input. We hired Destinctive Cleaning because they said they could give us the same cleaner every week and be done at a specific scheduled time each week. They have not held that promise. Not to mention, ever call us when the cleaner will be late. We spend alot for this company and honestly they really treat us like a number. Not personable. Would not recommend – If you hire them, make sure you get it in writing what you're agreeing to and also double check every single thing you want done, as the work was very spotty.

GREAT CLEANERS! – I was really happy with the service I received from this company. Good cleaners are hard to find, and good customer service is even harder to find these days. Distinctive Cleaning was able to meet both!! I will use this service again and would refer their services!

Do not dare – Was called on a Friday for a Monday apointment reminder. I asked to change, and was told there would be a $35.00 fee as it was only 24 hours notice, as weekends didn't count. Of course, why call? They had direct access to the home without me. I did not change the appointment. Happened again the next month, and I wanted to wait, but again, they were inflexible. I told them to charge me the $35.00 (they did), and to cancel the service. I received a follow up voicemail that suggested 3 times that we should be able... read more

SATISFIED CUSTOMER – I have used Distinctive Cleaning on a regular basis for cleaning my home for the past 2 years. I have been happy with the cleanings, and the office is easy to work. I would say it has been a good service and worth it to our household to have them in on a regular basis!

Distinctive is great!!! – I use Distinctive Cleaning on a twice a month basis and I really like the staff I deal with there! I don't know why I didn't do this years ago! I love having my house cleaned every other week. I never have to clean anymore, its great!!!! I would recommend Distinctive Cleaning to a friend or family memeber, I have been a very satisfied customer!!!!!
