My son was sold a bad jeep. Jeep has been in the shop several times and today when we called about the same issue we were told it is out of our hands, no more rental cars and drive the jeep into the ground. Very poor customer service. Unless this issue is fixed we will not recommend your dealership to anyone. You sold us a bad vehicle.

I wish we could step outside of some of the requirements, but they built your Jeep, they have ultimate control of the steps we must follow and how it is repaired. We used the body shop to repair our car after an accident. When we arrived to pick up the car, we noticed there were dents. The service manager stated this happens nobody is perfect. Great way to stand by your work.
